My New Etsy Shop Filled with Fun Greeting Cards and Invitations!

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve just launched my Etsy shop, Little Greetings! It’s a labor of love, filled with unique and playful greeting cards and invitations that I’ve designed. Each card is a little piece of creativity, crafted with inspiration from my own life and a dash of nostalgia.

Recreating the Magic: From Personal Favorites to Shop Offerings

Recreating the party magic from the past.

Little Greetings is born out of my passion for creating memorable cards for my own parties and family celebrations. Two of my most talked-about designs are the “hidden picture” holiday card and the speakeasy-themed “cocktail napkin” invitation. These projects were incredibly fun to make, and now they’re available for everyone to enjoy.

The Speakeasy-Themed Cocktail Napkin Invitation

This invitation started as a real napkin! I hand-stamped each napkin with the party details and a secret password, creating an authentic speakeasy vibe. My friends loved receiving these unique invitations, and the concept was such a hit that I decided to bring it to my Etsy shop. Using my newfound graphic skills, I’ve recreated the napkin look on cardstock, so it now has the feel of a proper invitation while maintaining the charm of the original.

The Hidden Picture Holiday Card

Last year, inspired by my child’s love for Highlights magazines, I created a hidden picture game within our family holiday card. It was a blast to make, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. People loved the interactive element, and I received numerous requests to make similar cards for others. This response encouraged me to turn my designs into products that everyone can purchase and enjoy.

Drawing Inspiration from the Past: Nostalgia, Vintage, Retro, and Humor

Drawing Inspiration from the Past with Nostalgia, Vintage, Retro, and Humor

I draw heavily from nostalgia, vintage aesthetics, and retro styles, blending them with humor to create unique designs. I enjoy reimagining elements from the past and incorporating them into my work. Some of my ideas might seem a bit unconventional, but I relish the challenge of bringing quirky, funny concepts to life. Whether I’m putting together a party, planning a meal, or crafting a cocktail, I always look for ways to infuse a bit of whimsy and fun.

Launching Little Greetings is an exciting new chapter for me. I can’t wait to share my designs with you and hope they bring as much joy to your special moments as they have to mine.
